About Stephanie Scott

Stephanie Scott serves as the Human Resources Director.  Prior to coming to South Central Conference, she held the position of Human Resources Director for a non-profit organization in Chicago, Illinois.

Mrs. Scott has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Mrs. Scott has a Bachelor’s Degree from Andrews University, and has received certification as a Professional in Human Resources through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is completing her MA degree in Human Resource Management from Capella University.

In addition to her education and experience in human resources, Mrs. Scott is an avid trainer. She is currently an Illinois Certified Domestic Violence Professional and has trained police officers, clergy, human service professionals, and professional sports organizational staff.
